Selathco or Simple Extensible LAtex To Html COnverter lets you convert your LaTeX source files into HTML documents.

You simply open a LaTeX file; check for messages, warnings, and unknown commands; optionally include command-line parameters (display help, insert a file within the HEAD tags, and more); and specify any includes (header, image, and so on).
