allows you to create various practice tools to help students and trainees achieve mastery and fluency in any subject area.
The program consists of two modules: the editor and the flashcard viewer. The editor lets you create banks of questions, print practice sheets and exams, as well as generate paper and computer flashcards.
The flashcard viewer supports multimedia, and offers several response modes, such as multiple-choice and short answer, as well as several types of response feedback.
PracticeMill features an Explorer-like inteface where you can organize questions into topics and subtopics, as well as encrypt and password-protect your question files.
It integrates spell-checking in Dutch, English (British and US), French, German, Italian, and Spanish; includes legal and medical dictionaries; and enables both the students and the teacher to monitor performance either in terms of accuracy or fluency.
In addition, the editor allows you to perform classical item analysis to identify topics that need further training, or items that need to be revised.
PracticeMill supports the following multimedia file formats: AVI, BMP, EMF, JPG, MDI, WAV, and WMF.
