The program is designed to facilitate file uploads from an HTML form to Active Server Page (ASP) files. It includes a full-featured object model which features many properties of submitted form elements that are not available from the Request Object function.

Specifically, it can list the uploaded file size, source path, source file name, byte stream data, and string type data.

In addition, it allows the iteration of the form and form-element property collections using the For-Each syntax. It also has an NT logging component.
