is a Web image composition package with tools for creating animated GIFs.WebPaint has a basic set of of paint and drawing tools, including shadow text, antialiased text, 3D buttons, drop shadows, blend, color wash brush, clone brush, mask, crop, filter, rotate, shaded fill, and transform. When images are saved as GIF files, it dithers them to the same 256 color palette. This avoids possible palette clashing that can occur when images with different palettes are displayed on the screen at the same time. WebPaint also comes with tools for creating animated GIFs. It supports the following formats: BMP, WMF, JPG, PCX, TIF, TGA, PNG and GIF.
