It comes with a large selection of deformation tools and brushes, including over 20 plasticity filters and a variety of text effects. All effects can be applied to still images, or animated and saved in AVI or animated GIF format. For example, you could use the "Page Curl" effect, and then select "animate" to show the effect of a page being gradually peeled back.

PictureMan Rubber also freatures multiple undo and redo; interactive saving and optimization of JPG, GIF and PNG files; HTML map generation; batch conversion capabilities; screen capturing; and image thumbnail browsing.

PictureMan Rubber supports TIF, TGA, PCX, JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, DIB, PSD, and FPX image file formats.
