iPlay Studio lets you create animated, TV-like presentations that incorporate text, images, video, sound and music. The presentations can be published on the Internet or sent by e-mail and played back by anyone with the free iPlay player. A variety of transition effects are available, including zooms, pushes, fly-ons, alpha and dissolve. Several drawing tools are also available and elements can be layered on backgrounds, including video, music and sounds.

Features of iPlay Studio include: real-time image editing and processing; real-time opacity control and alpha channel support; digital audio playback and mixing of WAV, MIDI, CD and external input; and support for a wide variety of media formats, including BMP, GIF, animated GIF, IFF, JPG, PCX, PNG, TGA, TIF, WMF, FLC, FLI, MPEG, AVI, and QuickTime.
