allows you to create and edit MNG (Multiple-image Network Graphics) images, and thus have your animation files amazingly smaller than GIFs.
In depth
eMNGma lets you create, manipulate, and preview animation objects, as well as recreate your MNG animation automatically.
The program includes a wizard to help you select your design (banner or button) and choose a background color.
You then can adjust the size, add a description, add images (BMP, JPG, PNG), set the time delay between image frames (in milliseconds), and set the direction of your animation.
You can also move your animation objects, and add text and image scrolling effects.
