The program includes a curriculum management tool that allows students to set up, track and predict their curricular progress. It seamlessly integrates a daily organizer, weekly planner, monthly calendar, annual calendar, and a personal financial tool. In addition, ClassMate offers students a convenient loan and savings calculator.

The "Course Schedule" lets you drag courses into desired semester boxes, or have ClassMate design a schedule for you based on required curriculum, pre-requisites, co-requisites, waived courses, transferred courses, units, and finances. It also displays your degree and GPA progress graphs.

"Course Data" tracks individual courses and your semester progress. It shows course progress graphs to help you track and predict course, semester, lower division, upper division, and cumulative GPAs.

A daily "Organizer" allows you to schedule appointments, track projects, and track daily tasks. It also reminds you of deadlines and blocks out the hours that you have scheduled for class.

"Weekly Planner" is a convenient tool for organizing your semester schedule. You can block out times for courses and fills in the gaps with work and personal items. Click "Weekly Time Planner," enter your planned course load, workload, hours of sleep, and chores. ClassMate calculates your weekly remaining free time.

"Monthly Calendar" provides a quick view of your monthly schedule. You can scroll to prior or future months, and access the "Organizer" screen for a particular day.

"Yearly Calendar" lets you view your appointments and deadlines. Double click any of its dates to access the "Organizer" screen for that day.

The "Financial Planner" organizes your finances, helps you develop a budget, and tracks your monthly progress. It automatically integrates tuition fees into your budget. The module displays budget graphs, and teaches you about scholarships, grants, and federal loans.
