WebTabs automatically tracks the sites that you've visited and creates a "path view" that shows where you've been. You can drag URLs from this view to the "folder view" in order to create permanent bookmarks. Bookmarks can also be imported from Netscape or Internet Explorer. You can annotate your bookmarks and cross-reference them with other bookmarks and folders.

WebTabs can also monitor bookmarked sites for changes and you can search its database of bookmarks and visited sites.
