A closer look at Urlgrab

This utility lets you scan up to ten files simultaneously, and generate an HTML index file with links to the addresses found in each scan, appending an address or overwriting it as necessary.

In addition, Urlgrab can be configured to run as a Windows Explorer context menu item, enabling you to scan a given file with a right mouse click, and have any found URLs ready to be opened the next time you run your default browser.
