PassDirector : Enter and secure various personal or work-related information, like credit cards, email and bank accounts, notes, or websites, and protect them with a custom password and encryption system
Nowadays, people tend to have more than one private account on different social networks, or numerous credit cards, that they use daily. However, most of us wonder, how safe is the information from being accessed by unwanted individuals, and use in illegal transactions.
Sync your records using a straightforward layout
Most of us, opt for secure website hosts and encrypted programs to keep our data safe from prying eyes. If you want a simple yet efficient tool to store details, then PassDirector, may be a helpful solution. Besides its standard functions, it comes with smart syncing between Windows, iPhone, and Mac devices, using a Wi-Fi connection to complete the process. It's wrapped in a modern and approachable interface divided into a category and entry lists, and a more detailed view of a single item. The provided toolbar is simple, and offers the most useful options, for quick access.
Choose the desired group that fits your preferences
If you already have an existing database, you can easily import it from the computer. To add a new record, just select the corresponding category on the left side of the panel, and hit the "Add" button. Depending on the element, different info is required. For example, to enter a new bank account, you have to input the full name and bank, account number, IBAN, SWIFT, website address, and if it's the case, the username and password. For the credit card, similar fields are applied, including the expiration date, PIN, security code, and additional notes.
Increase or decrease the font size and backup your files
The full category list contains webpages, notes, serial numbers, other, Internet, hardware, FTP servers, email and bank accounts, and credit card. From the menu, the database can be backed up and restored at any given time, while the font size and style, may be picked from several predefined ones. Unfortunately, there is no option to add customized groups, to better fit your needs.
