If you tend use more than one browser, then LinkSync will make your life a lot easier. It permits you to merge your Netscape bookmarks and IE favorites folder without producing duplicates or unwanted bookmarks. LinkSync also makes sure that any changes made to your Netscape bookmarks will made to your IE favorites folder and vice versa. You can even make changes to both browsers' bookmark files at the same time.

You can schedule synchronization to occur or synchronize manually yourself. There is also the option of converting bookmarks and favorites between formats.
