Cookie-Server provides a number of tools for managing cookies. It can act as a "cookie firewall", preventing cookies from passing between client applications and the Internet. It can act as a "cookie proxy", completely adding or replacing the cookie support of its clients. Or it can act as a monitor to record, but not interfere, with clients' communications. It can be used to add add cookie-support to other programs (such as Web accelerators) and it can be shared by multiple users on a network.

You can display all cookies in Cookie-Server's database, delete any cookie, or manage cookies in a custom fashion.
