Cookies are those little files that many Web sites write to your hard disk and that may contain more information about you than you're comfortable with. It keeps track of changes to the folder where cookies are stored and lets you interactively decide how to handle them.

There are a number of options for handling cookies, and Burnt Cookies is even smart enough to recognize similar cookies and handle them. You can delete incoming cookies and add them to a "Burn List", which will automatically delete them when they arrive.

Additionally, you can use Burnt Cookies to view existing cookies on your hard disk and either keep them, or delete them and add them to the Burn List. Excellent documentation is included.
