is an offline Web browser that can be used as a monitoring tool, site ripper, URL manager, and a plain text search engine.
eCatch displays an address tree directory where an address is merely an URL. When you click on a link, no matter if you are online or offline, eCatch scans its personal database to check whether the page is already stored and then opens it. Each time eCatch does not find a document, it creates a shortcut in order to download it the next time you connect.
Entering offline search engine queries and posting offline forms are part of eCatch's features. It is great for consulting Web-based e-mail services, for posting on Web board forums or even for submitting your site periodically to major search engines.
