A closer look at C4U Scout

The program lets you automatically scan your favorite Web sites and find out if they contain any noteworthy changes. An icon is placed within your default Web browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator), enabling you to quickly launch C4U.

In addition, you can include keywords and Boolean operators in your searches, specify time intervals between searches, and have the program check for new images, e-mail addresses, links, and text.

The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
