The program simply searches a directory containing HTML documents, processes them, and then makes an index file called INDEX.HTML, which contains hyperlinks to the HTML documents using their TITLE tag text.
It also lists any other files, organizing them by type, and lets you launch the index file in your favorite browser.
This program was formerly called "HTML Indexer".
