is a patch that eliminates a set of bugs in Internet Explorer 5.0.
The first bug deals with a command called IFRAME ExecCommand which could allow a malicious Web site operator to read the contents of files on visiting users' computers, if he or she knew the name of the file and the folder in which it resided.
The other patch fixes a security problem in Internet Explorer called download behavior which allows Web page authors to download files for use in client-side scripts. Under certain circumstances, a malicious Web site operator could use these features to read files on a user's machine or local intranet.
