StarFTP offers you an attractive, Explorer-like interface and several tools for performing remote searches and maintaining your Web site. You can transfer and manage files by using both context-menu and drag-and-drop capabilities.

Its features include: a Web site manager to bookmark your favorite FTP sites; a transfer queue function; support for local and remote file searching; and a database tool to catalog file listings on remote sites.

The program includes a scheduler that you can set to disconnect your computer from the Web and shut down your PC once the transfers are completed.

StarFTP also features a local-to-remote site synchronization tool which enables you to update your Web site with a single mouse click, as well as a keep-connected function to keep the server busy in order to avoid a timeout.
