Features of AutoFTP include: an Explorer-like interface, automatic dialing, drag and drop, an activity log, the ability to transfer only files that have changed, a convenient System Tray icon, proxy support, optional time-stamping of files, and a an AutoFTP assistant that guides you through the process of uploading, downloading and scheduling auto-transfers.

AutoFTP has an "auto-transfer" option that can optionally run an application or send an e-mail once an auto-transfer session is complete.
