Personal Listserver works with all mail servers and lets you send e-mail to multiple recipients at the same time.

In order to be a part of a distribution list, a user must send you an e-mail having in the subject field the word "subscribe". The user must send you an e-mail having in the subject field the word "unsubscribe" to be deleted from the list.

The user can also request a specific document by sending you an e-mail having in the subject field the name of the document.
