A closer look at Zip-n-Send
If you need to e-mail a large amount of data, Zip-n-Send can create and send a ZIP archive with just a couple of mouse clicks in Windows Explorer. It automatically suggests a set of archive names so you can choose one quickly without typing. When you select the name, Zip-n-Send compresses your highlighted files in the background and creates an e-mail message with the archive file attached. After the message has been sent, Zip-n-Send automatically deletes the archive file.
