For Internet Explorer, TweakIE's cache explorer lets you browse the HTML pages, images and sound files in your cache. You can quickly clear your history list and remove any URLs would normally auto-completed in IE's address bar. You can view and delete cookies, back up your favorites and preferences and change the location of your Cookies, Favorites, History, and Temporary Internet Files.
If you don't like the spinning "e" that appears in the right-hand corner, you can replace it with any BMP image. You can also toggle your cache on and off, change the text which appears in Internet Explorer's title bar, and clear the content advisor password.
For Outlook Express and Internet Mail and News, you can fixed a damaged outbox, recover deleted messages, back up your data, manage your folder locations, disable the splash screen, and change the spinning "e" that appears in the right-hand corner. You can also delete all of your mail and news messages with a single click and change the text which appears in the title bar. You can even disable the splash screen that appears when Outlook Express loads.
In addition, TweakIE can alphabetize your Start Menu or your list of favorites.
