You can use any image you like for your logo screens (even animated logo screens). You can also graphically edit the images, and even create themes by changing all three screens with a common theme. Screen Changer will resize and recolor the images to the required Windows 95 format of 320 x 400 x 256 colors. Screen Changer features the ability to combine images, screen capture, the ability to set images as your wallpaper, logo screen browser, theme browser, logo screen randomizer, the ability to print images, and more.

Screen Changer 2 also features image manipulation tools to edit your logo screens. Some of the tools include blur, sharpen, emboss, mirror, convert to greyscale, convert to negative, as well as fun stuff like spiral, fish eye, pinch star, and melt.
