You can keep in touch with single or groups of contacts with the click of a button; automatically maintain a list of all communications with all contacts; perform contact matching and e-mail filtering; and schedule e-mailing, to-do tasks, and calls.
PersonalCRM also includes a built-in product quote system to enable you to quickly provide multi-product quotes, the ability to define a relationship tree that can be applied to all contacts (each contact can have more than one relationship), printing capability, and the ability to generate reports.
