Drop2Mail connects to an SMTP mail server or any other Internet proxy or gateway running on your network or local computer, enabling you to simply drag and drop any file you wish to e-mail, or execute the "Save As" command.

You can therefore even use an old DOS or other non-Windows application to send a message or a file.

The program works in the background either as an application or a Windows NT service, monitoring files appearing within predefined directories, and sending them to their destinations.

In addition, e-mailed files are automatically deleted following a successful transfer.
