WorkgroupMail lets you connect to your ISP and send and receive e-mail on behalf of all users. It can be used as an e-mail post office, since any outgoing mail sent to other members of the organization is not sent via the Internet, but instead is kept in the WorkgroupMail database until it is collected by the relevant person.

Local users can use any POP3 client, such as Microsoft Outlook Express, or any MAPI client, such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange.

You can also specify which users may send and receive mail; view incoming and outgoing messages; set up automatic responders; and include connection and mail forwarding rules.

In addition, the program features server-side, junk mail filtering capability, and the ability to display the log of all message transactions with the ISP.
