Memos can be sent to other users, other mail groups, and tailored distribution lists. Memos can also be saved, forwarded, filed, printed, deleted, or replies sent to the sender or to all. Folders can be created and deleted. Memos can have read receipt notices and critical alert flags attached. A pop up, new message alert box is included.
No special hardware is required. The only setup step required is to create a new folder through Windows Explorer that can be accessed by all users for storing their e-mails. When each user runs this application for the first time, their mail account is automatically set up using their network logon ID and they are then immediately ready to send and receive e-mails.
