is an advanced runner’s diary program that lets you log your runs and analyze your progress.
It tracks just about everything you could ever think of associated with a run, whether you're a beginner or a competitive racer. It lets you track distance versus time (which can be broken down into 5 laps or multiple runs per day), and calculates your pace. You can record the course you ran, the date and time of day, temperature, pulse rate, milestones (such as your favorite turn-around point), and comments. It also calculates the number of calories burned (based on your pace, weight and duration). Jog-a-Jog keeps separate databases of each course and milestone you run, so that you can keep track of your best and worst times for each.
Log-a-Jog also displays your lifetime totals, which include total runs, total miles, total time, average run, longest run, shortest run, average pace, fastest pace, slowest pace, calories burned, and more.
Log-a-Jog generates a variety of graphs to show your progress over time, including number of runs, weight, distance, pace and pulse. Each can be shown by week, month or year, on pie, bar or line charts in 2-D and 3-D. You can also print a complete log book. Both U.S. and metric measurements are supported.
