is a multisport log for runners, cyclists, swimmers, triathletes, and other fitness enthusiasts.
It features lots of ways to view your data--as a daily journal, week-at-a-glance, weekly totals, monthly totals, list, and graphically. And there are lots of ways to analyze your data. You an view/graph all your workouts (or just a portion of them) based on any criteria, either numeric (runs longer than a certain distance, rides faster than a certain pace, etc.) or non-numeric (just races, runs over a certain course, rides which were "hilly", etc.). Two word fields (route/workout and comment) let you enter up to 255 characters of notes, and are searchable.
Athlete's Diary tracks not only distance, time, and pace, but any other numeric parameters you want, such as heart rate, weight, amount of climbing, hours of sleep, etc. It also includes a target heart rate calculator, a pace calculator, and a calorie calculator.
It saves data in simple text format, and can also save your log in HTML format so you can view it with your Web browser.
