SipCLI : Command Line SIP User Agent for Windows that enables users to make SIP-based calls from their PCs quickly and without significant efforts

SipCLI The SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) that corresponds to this application is based on RFC 3261. It enables users to play wave files to a remote SIP endpoint, but it has some conditions: it has to be encoded with G.711 A-Law and Mu-Law, as other codecs are not supported for playback. Users can set the application to read a text message by appending the "-t" argument when loading the application and also send one by using the "-m" argument in the same manner. SipCLI makes use of Microsoft TTS (Talk-To-Speech) engine to generate audio output from the text.
