Getting started

Following a brief installation process, with no noteworthy events, you can begin working with the application, by adding one or more addresses that you want to check.It features an approachable, albeit not that impressive interface, enabling even the least experienced individuals to work with it however they need, in just a few button presses.

Availability check through ping or socket connection

In order to add a new item, you need to input a description, the targeted hostname or IP address, then select the preferred 'Check Method', either 'Ping' or 'Socket Connection', in the case of the latter requiring that you establish the 'Socket Settings' by choosing between the TCP and UDP log as well as by entering the port number.Moreover, Check Host allows you to establish the time interval between each verification, by typing in the preferred number of seconds. Similarly, you can decide the 'Timeout' duration, in milliseconds.

Alerts and notifications
