Rotation Song Manager is a standalone utility that works with WinAmp to help you organize your audio files according to your listening preferences. By using a simple feedback mechanism, it lets you listen to your songs which are played in a weighted random rotation.

You provide feedback by either increasing or decreasing a file's score, which is used to select songs in a way that emphasizes those that you like more.

You can also set a value (in hours) that limits all songs' play to once in a given period of time.

The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
