RadioSpy lists all of the available Shoutcast servers that are running. It tells you how fast information is exchanged between you and the server, the number of listeners currently logged in, the maximum number of listeners, the sound quality, and the length of time that the server has been up. You can display servers that cater to a specific genre of music, such as techno, alternative, top 40, and comedgy. You can also add any server to your list of favorites. You can also chat with other RadioSpy users.

You can search available broadcasts for specific artists and songs. A "Notify Me" button connects you to stations featuring your favorite artist and/or song title.

RadioSpy supports proxy servers, and you can change its interface by downloading "skins" from the author's Web site.
