CD-Cool displays the elapsed time, remaining time, track title, and so on, and includes a full set of shuttle buttons (play, stop, pause, next track, seek, and numbered buttons).

You can also create play lists, which can be configured to skip or repeat selected tracks.

The program features an alarm function which enables you to start or stop the playing of a CD at a predetermined time.

In addition, all the player's functions can be accessed by hotkeys, and a link to an Internet database (CDDB), lets you get most track information.

The program can run as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
