The program's "Interactive Objects Technology" (WMSIO) lets independent executable files communicate with each other, sharing virtual data and information. WMSIO components such as "Audio 3D graphs" and "VU bars" are always "listening" to your sound card. Whenever wave format sound plays, the graphics react to the sound, no matter where the sound originates. You can play MP3s from WinAmp or elsewhere, and a WMSIO component can show you 3D graphs based on the music played.
Audio Twister WMS 2000 includes several WMSIO components: "Interactive Wallpaper," "Analogue Wall Clock," "Speakers," "3D TV," "MP3 Player," "MP3 Play List Editor/Loader," "ID3 Tag Editor," "CD to Wave converter," "WAV to MP3 converter," "CD Player," and "Interactive Media Bar (IMB)." You can use the IMB as a menu with shortcuts to other WMSIO components, documents, programs, and URLs. It has an interactive VU, a graphical clock, and a calculator.
Wisdom Media System DLL and OCX files are available for software developers to create WMSIO-compatible software.
