Media Wizard lets you listen to and view all popular media formats including MPEG Audio (MP3, MP2), Windows Media 4 (WMA, WMV), Vivo Digital Video, Active Streaming Format (ASF), Windows Video (AVI), MPEG Video (MPG, MPEG, MPE), Apple QuickTime (MOV, QT), Standard Windows Audio (WAV), Audio CD / Video CD, Media Playlists (ASX, WAX, M3U, WVX), MIDI, AIFF, AU, SND, and more.

Media Wizard's advanced playlist features make it easy to set up multiple audio and video (including full screen) playlists containing selected songs and video, for hours of enjoyment. Media Wizard also offers a customizable interface, CDDB support, track-level CD player control panel, and many options and preferences for complete control of how the software functions.

Powerful audio file conversion tools let you capture music from your CDs in MP3, WMA, or WAV format. Media Wizard's WAV to MP3 conversions create highly compressed, CD-quality audio files that are a fraction of the size of the originals. A CDDB auto-save feature enables tack titles to be quickly downloaded from the CDDB and your converted files automatically saved with the appropriate filenames. The filename format can be specified in settings from a number of different options. This option is provided for all CD conversions (CD to MP3, WMA, and WAV). MP3 to WAV, WMA to WAV, WAV to WMA, and WAV Compression conversions are also provided. Media Wizard features WAV to CD Audio conversion as well, which allows users with CD Writer drives to create fully customized CDs of any music selection. The video conversion capabilities of Media Wizard provides two way conversions among AVI, MPEG, FLIC, and Multi-Page TIFF The program fully supports advanced drag-and-drop capabilities, allowing you to drag an audio or video file and drop it within the application for processing.

Media Wizard is also equipped with complete audio editing and recording features. This component of the program allows audio files to be manipulated in a vast variety of ways. Commands available include: Cut Selection, Copy Selection, Paste, Record, Mix, Amplify, Insert Silence, Delete Silence, Fade In, Fade Out, Invert Selection, Reverse, Normalize, Echo, Stretch, Merge, and more!
