It displays a yearly amortization table, and you can click numbered tabs to display the table for any year. It also shows the interest rate, monthly payment, and total payment for the current year, as well as the interest payment and total payment for the entire loan. It also analyzes loans that let you make extra payments. Simply enter the amount of the extra payment(s) on the amortization table, and it shows you how much interest you will save.
