Investcheck produces a printed report showing the present value and inflation adjusted value of cash flows for each year during the life of the investment. A report summary indicates your overall change in purchasing power and the net present value of the investment. In addition to investment analysis, Investcheck calculates the following: bond duration, bond price, TBill yield, TBill equivalent yield, TBill price, loan installment payment, and the loan amortization schedule.
