is designed for computer users who wish to improve and maintain high-quality eyesight.
The program uses animations, 3D-SIRDS (Single Image Random Dot Stereograms), palming, sunning, and testing methods to improve your eyesight.
Animations appear in four ways. First, individual letters gradually change size from 300x300 pixels down to 10x10 pixels to exercise the muscles that adjust your eyes' focal depth. There are five sets of letters (A to Z) with five or six letters per set.
Second, a speed training technique trains your unconscious for recognition. All of the letters of the alphabet are used in speed training.
Third, a single letter moves around the screen at high-speed to exercise the muscles that adjust your eyes' focal position.
Fourth, an FX animation helps relax your eyes.
The 3D-SIRDS technique provides an environment that helps your eyes to see independently, thereby balancing their workload.
While palming relaxes your eyes by reducing stress and improving your vision, sunning bathes your eyes in the sun's solar energy, which is beneficial to your eyes' optimal health and performance.
Finally, testing your eyesight is an important part of 20\20 Vision. In the beginning, it is important to test your vision before and after each session to discover what parts of this program work best for you.
