Simple and rudimentary graphical interface

The application sports a rather dated graphical interface, with some shortcuts to sections but they're poorly placed on the screen. It automatically launches in your system tray and you will have to maximize it from there.It doesn't even have a minimize or exit button on the interface, you will have to right-click the application's icon. Polenta ScreenShot definitely needs a nice interface with a modern design.

Capture screenshots easily

You simply need to specify the area that you would like to capture and the application will do just that. However, it seems that it has some stability issues as it may unexpectedly crash at times.It comes with the option to preview the captured image, but there aren't many adjustments that you can make to it. Still, you can take screenshots of the entire PC desktop or just a selectable area. It lets you save the screenshot in two picture formats, either PNG or JPG.
