Memorandum is a lightweight software application whose purpose is to help you set up reminders with important activities. It can be deployed on all Windows versions out there and you can find the utility running in the system tray area. This is a portable program which makes it an ideal candidate for being saved on USB flash drives. You can gain access to the tool’s features by simply running the executable file (there’s no installation included in the process).
