The variants range from a small chess variant, "Micro Shogi", with a 4x5 square board and 10 pieces, to the world's largest chess game, "Tai Shogi", with a 25x25 square board and 354 pieces. The ancient games comprise some of the most innovative variations ever attempted on the chess theme.

You can play against a computer opponent or a friend. The features include on-line rules, take back move, replay, suggest move, displaying of all legal moves, displaying of influences and threats, game save, printing of all the moves in the game, game clock, and more.
