StampIt can eliminate the need for rubber or self-inking stamps for document marking and identification. It lets you embed a given word or phrase (58 examples are included) in the text of your document, on any page or all of them, before or at the time of printing.

This utility enables you to stamp the margins of a document, instantly create your own words or phrases within a given document, and print multiple copies of the same document, with different words or phrases on each copy, all in one print session.

In addition, a stamp can be locked into a document, password protected, and displayed in color.
