is a 3-D combat game with the graphic richness and detail of a console fighting game.
Great civilizations of the past collide in a world of the future. You take on the role of any of the 10 different warriors, and then fight each of the other nine warriors in succession. Characters include a Knight, Inca, Sultan, Viking, Samurai, Amazon, Barbarian, Chinese monk, and others. Each character has his own unique landscape, his own weapons and music, and can perform a wide variety of fighting moves, including hand-to-hand combat, blocking, throws, acrobatics and magic attacks. You can also mix and match the moves to create dazzling rapid-fire combos that allow characters to unleash their full powers against the enemy.
The game features stunning texture-mapped SVGA graphics complete with light sources, shadows and transparency effects. Battles are waged on landscapes that range from the Alps to a richly appointed palace with Buddhas. The action is captured from multiple camera angles, with powerful sound effects that accompany everything from the clash of a weapon to a mortal wound.
Time Warriors also provides a variety of play options, including one and two-player modes (with network support), difficulty levels, auto defense and practice rounds, as well as round time, fight count, strength meter and other scoring and statistics for players to gauge their progress. Time Warriors lets you indulge your fighting fantasies without the bloodshed that characterizes many software titles.
