CallTrack lets you organize all your accounts, load all the information for a selected account at the click of a button, and display a hierarchical view of all your customers, contacts, and orders.
It features administrative tools for employers and sales managers, a multiple-document interface, a password-protected database, the ability to replicate it, a database synchronization tool, and pop-up reminders.
The program includes the ability to attach any file on your hard drive to any record in CallTrack, filtering and reporting capabilities, a history list function, support for add-ins, a contact planner, and the ability to keep track of your miles traveled and timecard information.
The reports are integrated into Microsoft Word and Excel, and include order forms, invoices, and confirmations, as well as quotes and packing slips.
You can also manage reference lists, merge mail messages, create account profiles, generate sales score cards, and print mileage mailer batch reports and shipping labels.
The program also runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
Please note that you have to enter "Admin Sample" or "Salesman Sample" in the "User ID" field in order to run the program.
