A closer look at Postal

You play a nameless surrogate character that is brought to the breaking point when his newly purchased home in the small, desert community of Bisbee, Arizona is repossessed due to a trivial error in the escrow filing. However, when he soon comes to believe that the repossession is merely the tip of a demonic conspiracy intended to dominate humanity, he truly goes "postal".

Postal features real-time 3D characters, weapons and objects, with real-time lighting effects; 2D painted backgrounds; x-ray effect that lets you see through buildings; pyrotechnic effects, including translucent explosions, flames, and napalm; disturbing realism (dead bodies stay where they fall for the duration of the game, victims moan and beg for mercy); multi-player network support (Internet, LAN, modem-to-modem); intense soundtrack based on realistic sound effects and ambient sounds; and more.
