Since retiring from the public's eye in 1996, television held the only enjoyment in this young gecko's existence. That is, until two secret government agents show up and want Gex to save television and make the evil Rez "disappear". The agents give GEX a map and instruct him where to hide the body.

Gex features over 125 unique moves, fluid character animation, and lip-synching. Comedian Dana Gould is back as the voice of Gex.
