is an overhead perspective, "Gauntlet" style action game in which you battle a dastardly dragon and her evil minions.
On the outskirts of the town Dirindale lay the ruins of a castle once belonging to King Aaron of Arrivus -- former ruler of the realm. The Great Dragon Daramil and the evil beasts have overthrown the castle and now rule the lands.
Years later, the people of Arrivus have vowed that anyone daring enough to descend into the depths of the castle and rid the dungeons of the evil beasts and Daramil, would become the new ruler of the realm.
Get Medieval lets you choose from four different characters, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. The characters include Zared the Barbarian, Levina the Sorceress, Eryc the Elf, and Kellina the Warrior. The game features some twisted humor, and you'll laugh at the quips, quibbles, and quirks of this slightly "off" band of adventurers.
There are many treasures, potions, power-ups, magic scrolls, and artifacts that will help you in your journey. But there are also numerous traps, locked doors, and evil creatures to slow your progress through the castle.
Get Medieval features multiplayer support; up to 4 players can play on one machine or across the Internet or a LAN.
