is a statistical process control application designed for the non-technical user.
SpcPro allows you to view multiple charts and even different views of the same data simultaneously. This feature can be very beneficial when analyzing a dataset. For instance through the use of chart options one can view the same data fields across multiple charts, setup views with only a partial listing of the available fields or filter records based on input criteria.
SpcPro supports Runs charts, X-Bar-R, X-M-R,C, and NP control charts. These chart types provide a means of charting both measurement and count data collected using standard sampling methods.
SpcPro provides the ability to chart data collected using Histograms. Histograms are used to describe the distribution of a dataset. SpcPro allows plotting of the sample average distribution, individual values distribution, and range distribution of a data set.
Pareto charts provide a means to plot the relative significance of process variables to the process. This data can provide a very effective analysis tool in determining the relative improvement on the process for correction or minimizing of each process variable.
Scatter charts are used to plot the correlation of two variables to one another.
Special causes of variation are automatically hightlighted in control charts. Action items can be entered to provide a means of correlating and reporting the effectiveness of actions taken to the process' performance.
